David Hartley has over 25 years of experience in the areas of sales, marketing, customer service and business management. David is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Elite CX Solutions, a premier customer experience management firm in the U.S. Prior to his current role, David served as Executive Vice President of Sales for Siemens AG in Munich Germany where he was responsible for the global sales force and delivering outstanding services to exceed client expectations. Prior management positions included corporations such as General Electric and Computer Sciences Corporation. David has spent his career working with companies and clients to identify areas of weakness and provide solid solutions to correct and propel organizations forward.
David is a graduate of the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. He also holds a Global MBA degree from John’s Hopkins University in Maryland. David currently resides in Palm Harbor, FL.
Ray Evertsen is the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Elite CX Solutions. Being a dynamic, creative and passionate entrepreneur, he likes nothing better than to start new projects and make them profitable and successful. Born in Huntington Beach, California with Dutch and Indonesian ancestry, his career spans from the military and Air Force One, commercial aviation, to the iconic Pan American World Airways and distinctive Delta Airlines.
A visionary strategist, Ray’s entrepreneurial spirit is apparent from his continuous drive to leverage business, marketing and technical acumen to maximize revenue and competitive advantage. An innovator with an innate ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and achieve growth objectives. Expertise in cultivating an environment that attracts and develops talent, fosters satisfaction and loyalty, and encourages ownership and employee engagement in the workplace.
Marguerite Turner is the Director of Scheduling for Elite CX Solutions. After several years in the Mystery Shopping industry, she became a scheduler with A Closer Look. In three years she worked up the ranks to become part of the scheduling management team there. In 2014, she joined Elite CX Solutions in her current capacity to ensure each and every assignment in the field has a qualified evaluator. Her reputation in the industry is unparalleled when it comes to project completion with the best evaluators possible.
Marguerite is a graduate of the University of Florida. She is a huge football fan of both the SEC and NFL.
Three college-age children keep her busy outside of the CX management world.
